  I have titled 5 vehicles in the last 2 years and they have messed up everyone in some way. Currently waiting on the title to the 5th vehicle which has been over 6 months. I have never waited over 4 weeks in every other state that I have registered vehicles. Worst service I have ever had. That's government for you, no accout ability.

  Sadly enough, my experiences are usually pretty sh**ty at the Paola DMV. Not always but I have even heard from others of workers being rude, never say thanks have a nice day or even try to fix problems. Sorry nothing I can do. Is the most I've got. FOR THE COMMUNITY AT ALL. WORST SERVICE. EVEN AN ERROR ON THEIR PART, SORRY, NOTHING WE CAN DO. NEVER GETHANK YOU OR HAVE A NICE DAY. What happened to manners? You work for the city. You make them look BAD.

  I don't understand why everyone else is saying such horrible things about this place. Sure there was a line but I've never been to a DMV when there wasn't. It went pretty quickly. There was probably 6-8 people in line in front of me and I got to the window in about 20 minutes. The lady that took care of me was very nice and helpful. One of the best DMV experiences I've ever had.
